Harold Van A. Aquino

Full-Time Faculty

Mr. Harold Van Aquino holds a Master’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Holy Angel University. He has a competent background in the field of Hospitality Management having five years of  work experience abroad and locally as a Chef in the Hotels industry.

Mr. Aquino  is a Certified Food Protection Manger by SERVSAFE,  and a Certified International Serve Safe Trainor. He completed the Cookery Course on Royal Thai Cuisine at Blue Elephant Cooking School, Bangkok, Thailand, as well as the National Certificate II (Tesda). He also holds a Diploma Certificate in Advance Chocolate Works at Chocolate Academy, Callebaut, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and a  Diploma Certificate in Asian Cuisine at International School for Culinary Art and Hotel Management (ISCAHM).

His affiliated organizations include Pastry Alliance of the Philippines (PAP), Le Toque Blanche (LTB), and Philippines Chefs Association.
