Mr. Jhune Buenacifra is a full-time instructor at Mabalacat City College (MCC), Mabalacat City, Pampanga. At the same time, he is the Faculty-In-Charge for Bachelor in Technical-Vocational Teacher Education and Bachelor in Secondary Education Science program. He received his degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology from Pampanga State Agricultural University in Ayala, Magalang, Pampanga. And his thesis entitled “Rooting performance and Morpho Anatomy of Broad-winged Apitong rooted stem cuttings treated with rooting hormone was presented in their Fora. He has an ongoing Masteral degree at Pampanga State Agricultural University. His area of specialization is in Laboratory techniques, and Morpho Anatomy studies of plants.
