Mabalacat City College firmly believes in the positive role of educational institutions in advocating for peace, justice, and strong institutions, and that this begins in empowering students and employees in their political and welfare interests. In this regard, MCC encourages student government leadership and involvement in college-wide programs and initiatives. Recognizing the importance of neutral platforms, MCC has partnered with Media Associations to bring a program where 2022 Presidential candidates can voice their views and opinions on pressing societal issues, helping the audience have an informed choice. MCC also actively collaborated with public and private organizations in disseminating information related to peace-building from a global perspective. In addition, the College champions employees active in community outreach and education initiatives. Through empowering them, MCC extends its support in promoting peace and justice in the community.
