With a Masters in Management from the University of the Philippines Diliman extension program in Pampanga, Ms. Kathryna Valencia has dedicated over a decade to shaping young minds in the tertiary level. During her six-year tenure at Mabalacat City College, she honed her skills in teaching general management courses, particularly excelling in operational management, business finance, and economics.

Known for her unwavering work ethic, analytical acumen, critical thinking prowess, and knack for tailoring discussions to suit the unique composition of each class, she is always eager to deepen her understanding and glean insights from others.
