Abstract
The purpose of the project is to develop a web-based appointment and inventory system, and eliminate the manual business process of Sudah Vet. Sudah Vet offers veterinary services and pet supplies in seven of the clinic's branches in Pampanga and Tarlac. The project's focus for the website is to have separate accounts for employees and clients, product catalog, an appointment booking system, and an inventory management system for handling pet product stocks. The Scrum methodology was used for planning and developing the web-based system. After a series of testing and evaluation of ISO 25010, the website has achieved the four access account levels, e-mail verification, e-mail appointment schedule notifications, product catalog, appointment system, and inventory management system. The recommendations for the project are e-consultation so that veterinarians can reach out to the client's concerns, e-commerce to increase profit, and mobile applications for the convenience of appointment booking on Android and IOS devices.
