Bacolor High School Benchmarks MCC Digihub Plus, Lauds Its Innovation for Student Services and Campus Facilities

Bacolor High School (BHS) officials headed by Dr. Rigette Ryan Ramos benchmarked against MCC Digihubs Plus, the upgrade of the original Digihubs to student centers . The BHS delegation was received by Professor Basty Sebastian, Assistant Vice-President for Student Affairs and Support Services.

BHS was the first basic education institution to pilot an operational student hub inspired by the MCC Digihubs, which is one of MCC’s forefront student support service mechanisms during the pandemic academic school years. BHS named it Digital Alternative Technology Zone, a designated online classroom in the campus proposed by MCC Pres. Michelle Aguilar-Ong's MPA class in Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), which was patterned from the award-winning and internationally recognized MCC Digihub project. 

The benchmarking also included a survey of its newly transformed facilities and face lifting. BHS officials praised the improvements and the creativity integrated in each hub.

MCC, Rotary Club of Mabalacat Empower Learners through Homecare Management Program

Taking another leap toward community empowerment, Mabalacat City College and Rotary Club of Mabalacat partnered to launch the Homecare Management Program on 29 March 2025. This is a five-week intensive training program designed to equip them with essential homecare management skills, intending to open doors to better employment.
