Guided Outsourcing Company Awards Scholarships to Outstanding MCC IT Students

Guided Outsourcing Company, in collaboration with Mabalacat City College Office of Institutional Advancement awarded cash scholarships to five fourth-year Information Technology (IT) students at MCC on 09 October 2023. The initiative, known as the Guided Outsourcing Company Scholarship, aimed to foster academic excellence through financial support to excelling IT students.

This scholarship program was exclusively designed for fourth-year IT students wherein recipients were selected based on their academic achievements, dedication to the IT field, socioeconomic backgrounds, and potential to contribute significantly to the industry.

Scholarship beneficiaries included Robelynne D. Dela Fuente, Marvin H. Pamintuan, Roxette B. Bolen, Ron Van Hernandez, and Chriselle D. Nuguid. This scholarship program was through the efforts of Mr. Raymond Manalo and Fitzgerald Rollen. Additionally, the company plans to organize workshops and training sessions to empower IT students and improve their competitiveness in the ever-evolving IT industry.

Mr. Jareth Mara of Infinet and Guided Outsourcing Company recently conducted classroom visits to various IT courses to identify future training program needs and opportunities. Guided Outsourcing Company not only provides financial support but also collaborates with MCC to enhance IT education.

Both institutions look forward to the continued success of these students in the IT field. Guided Outsourcing Company is committed to nurturing the next generation of IT professionals and contributing to the advancement of IT education at MCC.
