Mabalacat City College Signs MoU with Sulu State College for Enhanced Collaboration

Mabalacat City, Pampanga – Mabalacat City College (MCC) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sulu State College (SSC) in a virtual Zoom ceremony held on August 6, 2024.
