Mabalacat City College (MCC) joined together to express gratitude and celebrate teachers in "aMaCCing teaCHEERS day," on 19 October 2023 at the Cultural Hall. The celebration aimed to appreciate, foster relationships among colleagues, and acknowledge instructors’ and professors’ significant contributions in the workplace, students' lives, and the broader community.

Teachers were divided into four teams (Blue, Green, Pink, and Yellow) and a series of games were organized to build camaraderie and provide enjoyment for the faculty. The initial set of activities included physical games that challenged their speed and agility, while mental games tested their cognitive abilities and strategic thinking. Additionally, a raffle draw was conducted, offering teachers the chance to win cash prizes.

During the activity, special recognition was given to Mr. Arnel Perez and Dr. Conrad M. Buerkley, who were awarded with certificates and cash prizes as the Most Outstanding Faculty for the last two semesters. There was also a cheer-making contest, where the Yellow Team won, while the Green Team snatched the championship. This was followed by Pink Team, Yellow Team, and Blue Team as second, third, and fourth placers, respectively.

Through these activities, MCC underscored its appreciation for the dedication and hard work of its instructors and professors. The institution recognized the commitment and passion of its teachers in their chosen vocation. May their enthusiasm and zeal for teaching continue to grow as they encounter more students, providing encouragement and making a positive impact on their lives. Their dedication and hard work have made a significant difference in the lives of many.
