MCC Conducts 3rd Virtual Town Hall Meeting

Mabalacat City College conducted its 3rd Virtual Town Hall Meeting facilitated by the People Management Unit, Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration and Planning, and Legal Office on September 3, 2021, through Microsoft Teams. In her opening remarks, Ms. Happy S. Pelayo, Vice President for Finance and Administration expressed her gratitude to the involved offices for partaking in the series of Virtual Town Hall meetings for the 3rd time and encouraged asking of questions and active participation from the attendees. Ms. Elaine Ocampo and Ms. Charisse Morales from the People Management Unit shared the new forms of OVPFA. They mentioned that forms such as Leave, Employee Request, and Clearance forms were patterned based on the policies implemented in the Institution. Further, employees were reminded of the right process in applying and receiving forms. Subsequently, Planning Office Ms. Maricris Macabanti, introduced the Policies on Disaster Management and Garbage Disposal. The Disaster Management Policy is established to provide appropriate and prompt emergency response and procedures, while the Garbage Disposal Policy ensures proper waste disposal along with Programs and Recognitions. These policies were formulated in order to safeguard the health and safety of the MCC community.
