Mabalacat City College (MCC) and Pacific Link College (PLC) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to establish a partnership that aims to promote academic and cultural exchange between the two institutions on 29 April 2023 at the MCC's Cultural Hall.

The event was attended by the school officials of both institutions, including MCC President Dr. Michelle Aguilar-Ong and PLC Program Head Isaac K. Oommen.

The partnership between MCC and PLC will provide opportunities for the students, faculty, and staff to engage in joint programs on trainings, seminars, conferences and academic programs, and cultural activities. Under the agreement, MCC and PLC students will have the opportunity to choose the pathway programs.

In addition, the two institutions will collaborate on faculty and staff exchange programs, allowing professors and administrators to share their expertise and best practices in teaching and administration. Dr. Ong, MCC president, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership, saying, "this collaboration will give our students a unique opportunity to broaden their perspectives and gain a deeper understanding of different cultures and educational systems. We look forward to working closely with PLC to make this partnership a success."
