MCC Launches CROP at MHCS Career and Profession Awareness Week 2023

Mabalacat City College (MCC) successfully commenced its College Reach Out Program (CROP) for the Academic Year 2023-2024 during the Mary Help of Christians School (MHCS) Career and Profession Awareness Week 2023 on 01 December 2023. The event allowed MCC to present its programs, projects and services to Grades 11 and 12 students of MHCS. 

As part of the initiative, MCC highlighted ten reasons students should choose MCC and its 4-year degree programs and emphasized the diverse range of contract education and certificate programs available. This underscores MCC's commitment to inclusivity, ensuring that everyone has equal access to learning and professional development opportunities. 

MCC student ambassadors engaged the participants with trivia questions after emphasizing the institution's welcoming environment for lifelong learners and reiterating the vision of the college.

Mabalacat City College extends its gratitude to MHCS Pampanga for the platform to showcase its brand and uniqueness to Senior High School (SHS) students. MCC representatives included Vice President for Global Relations, Opportunities, and Workforce Development Raymond John D. Vergara, AVP for Workforce Development Joshua Ken J. Policarpio, Corporate College and Lifelong Learning Coordinator Mikaela Joy M. Garcia, Marketing and Advertising Associate Cindy M. Naval, and Student Ambassadors Mariane Claire Bercasio, Anne Nicole G. Julian, and Tyron B. Yumul. 

The MHCS Career and Profession Awareness Week 2023 also saw participation from other esteemed institutions such as Holy Angel University, Angeles University Foundation, Centro Escolar Foundation, and Our Lady of Fatima University. The collaborative efforts between these academic institutions aimed to guide and inspire students to make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures.
