MCC Students Receive Tertiary Education Subsidy

In partnership with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), and CHED UniFAST, Mabalacat City College paved the way for its students to avail themselves of the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES).

The said subsidy was distributed on February 7, 2022, to 43 TES MCC continuing grantees (2nd-semester A.Y. 2020-2021) amounting to P20,000.00 each at the MCC Student Center.

TES is one of the major programs provided for in the Republic Act 10931 also known as the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act and is given to indigent and deserving students who are enrolled in selected State Universities and Colleges, and Local Universities and Colleges.

MCC is a local government-funded college and education is one of the pillars and top priorities of the current city administration led by Mayor Crisostomo C. Garbo.
