MCC Conducts 2nd Virtual Townhall Meeting

Mabalacat City College conducted its 2nd Virtual Town Hall Meeting facilitated by the People Experience Unit, Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration and Planning and Legal Office via Microsoft Teams.

In her opening remarks, Dr. Melanie Viloria-Briones, Vice President for Academic Affairs expressed her gratitude to the involved offices in partaking in the series of Virtual Town Hall meetings.

The Vice President for Finance and Administration Happy Pelayo, shared the restructured OVPFA units. She mentioned that every unit was patterned based on the new policies implemented in the Institution. Ms. Pelayo also presented new forms to be utilized by the Administrative, Finance, Grounds and Maintenance, and Safety and Security Management Unit. 

Subsequently, Atty. Charmaine Lansangan-Venturina, Chief of Staff/Development Management Officer IV, introduced New Policies on the Implementation of New Normal that serves as a guideline on the day-to-day conduct of all employees: from entry and exit procedure at MCC, delivery of services and conduct of transactions, to maintenance and cleaning standards. She also reiterated some of the existing policies that were already implemented and urged everyone to adhere to them strictly for everyone’s safety.

This marked the integration of Mabalacat City’s cultural heritage into the MCC-101 course, a core subject designed to orient students to the institution's values and foster civic engagement.
