Mabalacat City College recollects programs and services that championed the community as we wrap-up this meaningful year. One of these is the MCC x VXI Contact Center Services Certificate. This training aims to equip students with pertinent soft and technical skills to prepare them to enter and excel in the Business Process Outsourcing industry.

Angelica Q. Tumapang, Batch 3 Trainee, testifies how MCC x VXI Training helped her in acquiring the skills to excel in the business process outsourcing industry.

“The MCC x VXI contact center services training is one of the most intensive trainings I have attended. I used to watch online tutorials on how to improve my English proficiency and I thought they were enough. But the MCC x VXI Training has a different impact on me.

The modules and activities were designed and delivered comprehensively. And they were very effective to really develop our skills. This training helped me build my confidence especially when communicating with others using the English language.”

Testimonies such as this showcase MCC’s unwavering dedication in reducing the skills gap in the community by partnering with industries to provide corporate education. With this, the College welcomes the new year with continued passion and goal of being the community’s top choice in training and education.
