Mabalacat City College recollects its programs and services that championed the community as we wrap-up this meaningful and noteworthy year. One of these is the MCC x VXI Contact Center Services Certificate. This training aims to equip students with pertinent soft and technical skills to prepare them to enter and excel in the Business Process Outsourcing industry.

Kyla R. Payabyab, Batch 1 Trainee, testifies how MCC x VXI Training helped her in getting ready for the business process outsourcing industry.

“The five days of training significantly equipped me with new knowledge, enhanced my skills, improved my English proficiency, boosted my confidence, and provided me with opportunities for growth. It helped me to have a clear grasp of the BPO industry.

The training was well-designed to teach us how we can speak the English language more proficiently. Because of the knowledge and skills that I gained, as well as the connections I formed in the program, my self-confidence increased significantly.

Aside from the technical skills, the training also honed my soft skills in dealing and working with other people, especially on how I can better communicate with others. I am very thankful to MCC and VXI for this program. Through this program, I can say that now more than ever that I am ready to enter the business process outsourcing industry.”

Testimonies such as this showcase MCC’s unwavering dedication in reducing the skills gap in the community by partnering with industries to provide corporate education. With this, the College welcomes the new year with continued passion and goal of being the community’s top choice in training and education.
