Arcilla, RN ought to provide insights into the critical role of community colleges during times of crisis. The paper highlighted various interventions implemented by MCC. This includes innovative teaching strategies, community-based support systems, and institutional policies designed to address the educational and socio-economic needs of students and local stakeholders.

Dr. Aguilar-Ong, widely regarded as a pioneer in community college research in the Philippines, established a framework for studying the distinct contributions of such institutions to their local communities.
