June 08, 2021

Due to the continuing threat of the Covid-19 pandemic, Mabalacat City College’s Management heightened the implementation of wearing facemask and face shield.

Thus, MCC - Health Services Unit and Security conducted “round-the-clock” monitoring inside the campus. The inspection aimed to remind the community about the proper wearing of protective gear. As such, whistles are played and a placard is raised, if caught not following. According to the guidelines, a warning is given by an officer at the first offense of any employee, while notice of explanation is required on the second offense. Likewise, if a violation occurred visitors are asked to leave the college premises.

On the other hand, the management also discouraged the visitation of Offices. However, concerned departments are advised to seek the approval of the Vice President for Administration through a letter for any activity (submission, consultation, etc) that requires face-to-face with students. In addition, students without prior approval from the Admin Office are denied entry.

The following details are included in the request letter:

1. Name of Student/s

2. Date of Visit

3. Office to Visit

4. Purpose of Visit

The heightened implementation adhered to the response of the institution in imposing health and safety measures for employees, students, and visitors during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
