MCC, Ninja Van Ph to Partner for Student Career Growth

Mabalacat City College and Ninja Van Philippines concurred to establish a partnership and to explore potential activities through a collaborative meeting on 3 October 2023. This aimed to bolster professional career development for graduates and current students of MCC.

Ninja Van acquainted and discussed to MCC several avenues for collaborative initiatives that would provide students with valuable experiences. They also emphasized the significance of unlocking students’ full potential for personal and professional success.

The meeting was spearheaded by MCC Vice President for Global Relations, Opportunities, and Workforce Development Mr. Raymond John D. Vergara. He highlighted the institution’s eagerness to collaborate with industries, underscoring its commitment to ensuring a bright and prosperous future for its graduates.

Delegation from Ninja Van Philippines included Junior Manager from the Recruitment Team Ms. Roscia Maye Ang, Regional HR Supervisor of Luzon Ms. Kristine Alipio, and Talent Acquisition Specialist Ms. Hazel Emm Abesamis. Meanwhile, together with Mr. Raymond John Vergara were Assistant Vice President for Workforce Development Engr. Joshua Ken Policarpio and Corporate College and Lifelong Learning Coordinator Ms. Mikaela Joy Garcia as representatives of MCC.

Both institutions looked forward to fruitful a collaboration that would significantly benefit students and contribute to their professional growth and development.

16 August 2024 – Mabalacat City College (MCC), through its Workforce Development Office and Institute of Hospitality and Tourism Management successfully concluded a 50-hour Bread and Pastry Training Program, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Mabalacat. The completion ceremony for the 70 participants was held at the MCC Hometown Bar and Restaurant.
